There are so many options to be found, just by being a little more aware of what is going on around you. Projects of all sorts are just under your nose. Knives are your thing. Then build a presentation board to display them. How about a breadbox to keep your bread fresh, but accessible. You must have noticed that you can just pick up anything you can see and convert that into woodworking. Being a beginner doesn't confine your prospects or your ideas.
