How much does the Rurouni Kenshin anime differ from the manga?
are there any significant differences or does it stay pretty close to the manga? I've seen the whole anime series and I want to start reading the manga soon. please no spoilers. thanks ^_^
Season 1 and Season 2 are close to the manga as it could be. Season 1 does have a few fillers. Only the story about the rich kid in season 1 was completely different. Season 3 is nothing but filler. The Revenge arc never did got animatied. The Trust and Betrayal OVA is good while the second OVA went with a completely new ending that many Kenshin fans hated.
