Moviegoers have extended been fascinated with the subject, and men like Harry Houdini have been appearing on film over 100 years ago. The Craft (1996) - Sarah Bailey (Robin Tunney) is the new girl at a Catholic high school in Los Angeles. There, she encounters a trio of girls (Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, and Rachel True) who the other college students believe to be witches. Co-starring Skeet Ulrich and Christine Taylor.
It is based on the well-liked fighting game series Tekken. Like a lot of other game based films it had failed and had disappointed a lot of Tekken fans. The movie's storyline and character background does not follow the original story of the Tekken game series entirely. Not only the storyline is off but they had taken out a whole lot of essential info that created Tekken interesting, which will be the devil gene. No wait...if they added this in, the time line of the story would make no sense as its is wrong already...or would it? I don't know I tried to solve the movie but I got lost and failed to follow the film entirely.
Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971) - During World War II, 3 young siblings are evacuated to the British countryside and taken in by a witch in training (Angela Lansbury). It's not extended prior to she's blackmailed into casting spells to amuse the children, and they journey across war-ravaged London thanks to an enchanted bed. They also go to a cartoon realm and repel Nazi invaders, all the while singing songs (it's a musical, right after all).
If this movie were not associated to Tekken and had a storyline of it is own it could possibly be a decent movie. The film was mediocre overall, the action was quite intriguing however it might be better. Harada the Game director/Chief Producer of the Tekken series doesn't enjoy the movie.
Heading to L.A. to investigate a case of insurance fraud, he gets tangled up in a sinister plot involving violent cultists, a supposedly dead man in an iron mask, as well as a room containing each magical secret recognized to man.
The Prestige (2006) - Based on the novel by Christopher Priest, The Prestige stars Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale as rival magicians who carry their feud to disturbing lengths.
