Would my Xbox 360 allow me to play the X Men Origins Wolverine game?

I have an Xbox that doesn't allow me to download anything rated M, until my account turns 18 or something like that. I found the X Men Origins Wolverine game interesting 'cause I played it at GameStop and I want to get it but since it's rated M, will my Xbox allow me to play it?

If you buy it from a store it will, but you cannot download it.

Xbox puts restrictions on accounts that are ages 18 and under to keep kiddies from downloading Mature games, since you need parental permission to buy the any game rated M at your age. As long as you have a parent with you, and buy it at the store it will work fine.
