Live Inusa

I am holding US visitor mult-visa till 2010.I came in USA and holding permit till 3rd feb to live in US.?

I go to canada on 22nd november and will return back in USA after week.I have multiple entry B/2 visa of US.Can I enter and live inUSA for another six months? My son lives in USA on H1 visa and Daughter lives in canada as PR.

Your question as already been answered, no need for further answers nor to repost the same question. Just because your daughter is a PR in Canada and your son is on an H1b visa in the United States it does not change YOUR circumstances.

The answer is no, even IF you are permitted re-entry back into the United States, the duration of your stay will be assessed by the CBP at your port of entry. You may get another 6 months, you may only get 1 month or you may not be permitted entry period.
