Work based learning training is needed for people who understand the value of development through effective training processes. The process needs to be evaluated in terms of whether or not the learning and training objectives have been satisfactorily achieved.
All training processes should be designed to house the wishes of both employees and the organisation as a whole. People are much more likely to develop when training programs are fitted to meet their need for more information and skills. Work based learning training can prove to be a cost effective way of helping people gain valuable knowledge that can go a good distance in helping the company achieve its overall goals. With the chance of increased productiveness, it is important to consider implementing work based learning training as a way of promoting talent enhancement opportunities.
