Whether you have got a salt and ice ice cream maker or a self-contained freezing ice cream maker, using an ice cream machine to make your choice of ice cream is nothing but fun! This is correct for so many reasons. First, you choose your own ingredients. 2nd, you can entertain your complete family while doing that. Third, reap great rewards for very little work as the ice cream machine really does the work for you.

You are in charge of what type of ice cream that you make. You can choose your own recipe and ingredients. Some recipes need you to cook your ice cream mix that's possibly, the toughest part. The rest is easy. You simply add your fave ingredients to the mix like strawberries, blueberries, milk chocolate or whatever you like.Once your mix is ready, then place your ice cream mixture in the ice cream maker chamber. Next, install the paddle and chamber cover on the machine. If you have an ice cream machine that's got a self-contained freezing unit, then you are good to go.

If you have an ice cream machine that uses a salt and ice mix to freeze the ice cream then, add about eighty percent ice and twenty percent salt to the salt / ice container. Often, you place such salt and ice mix between the exterior of the ice cream chamber and the inside of the outside cover the exterior of the ice cream machine.You can receive instruction from two sources. Either your ice cream maker will instruct you how long to mix your ingredients or, you your directions will tell you how long to mix your ice cream. Now, turn on your ice cream machine.

I have little children and this is a superb time for us to watch the ice cream machine do its thing. Additionally, spraying all iron parts of the ice cream machine with a little bit of WD40 or other spray oil will stop any left over salt from corroding your ice cream machine.

Now, that the clean up is done, your fun starts. Scoop out your ice cream and add whatever you would like. Enjoy!
