Er... exactly what DVD are you speaking of?
Because the only official DVD release in North America consists of two half series sets. There aren't any official sets here that include the entire series in one package.

@AD: Oh my. Well, I'm sorry, but I really can't say.
Fair warning though, just about positive that that's a bootlegged copy, so the quality of the DVD set could be sorely lacking. Since it doesn't seem to be an official set, I there's not really any other place to find product info besides what the person making these DVDs has listed.
I wouldn't count on it having the specials, since there's not a thing about it written on the DVD.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page, there is an option to ask the seller questions about the item, but I can't guarantee his honesty.
