Experiment with your current set up to see what you can do to improve on efficiency and make customers like your product even more.
3) Adding aspects and features is one way of creating a new niche; deducting aspects and features and problems is another. People are always looking for ways to reduce bad elements and increase good ones. Long waits, hidden fees, etc are all things people try to avoid. Try to reduce risk, pain and irritation. Use this knowledge to your advantage and give the customer what he wants and take away what he doesn't want--it is as easy as that.
In conclusion, this article shows you how important it is to make your project stand out from the crowd by making small changes to it. It doesn't seem like that big a deal but it is the small things you do to constantly make your products and services better if you want to improve your niche.
