What movie version of Anna Karenina should I get?
I just finished reading the book and now I want to see the movie. I'm trying to choose between the 2001 version: http://video.barnesandnoble.com/DVD/Anna-Karenina/Helen-McCrory/e/783421331792/?itm=1
Or the 1978 version:

I don't want the 1978 version just because it's old so I feel like it won't be as good as the 2001 version. But the 1978 version is 10 hours and the other one is only 4 so I feel like the 10 hour one would be better since it would probably actually cover the whole book. And also I don't like the actor that plays Vronsky in the 2001 version because he's in greys anatomy and I hate that show lol.
WHich should I get?! If you've seen the movies please tell me what you thought of both! I don't have enough to get both because i'm saving up to get doctor who on dvd!
