I want to work at Walt Disney Animation Studios?

The one problem is is that I'm not good at drawing. I'm not terrible but I'm not great. Isn't there other jobs there that do not have to do with a lot of drawing?

Uh, I think you work your way up to the top.
I'm not sure how old you are but you can't just pop by and be like "Oh,. I'm working at Walt disney".
Look for job availabilities but I think you've have to start off with a beginners job like office helper.
Unless you're REALLY talented in art / music .. etc your chance of starting is slim.
